Al-Zaydi also announced his support for negotiations between French companies and the Iraqi Ministry of Defense in the fields of air defense, artillery systems, and counter-drone systems.

The Prime Minister of Iraq emphasized the historical ties and strategic partnership between the two countries in the fields of economy, energy, industry, and culture, stating: "We want to start a new chapter in relations where Iraq is an active partner." He added that his country is working to prevent the escalation of tensions in the region and is pursuing a policy of dialogue and balance.

In conclusion, the Prime Minister of Iraq emphasized that "we will not allow Iraq's territory to become a base for exporting threats against neighboring countries" and that this country can help reduce tensions and open new horizons for dialogue.
